Today kicks off National Preservation Month! Am I hyped? Yes. Should I be hyped? YES.

It’s also as good of a day as any for me to be good about posting again now that I’ve finished my first year of grad school (yay)! Historic preservation is about more than just “saving pretty old buildings”. It is about community, people, neighbors, and history. It is also about trying to instill a sense of preservation in your everyday. What are you going to do preservation-wise this month?
