The National Trust asked me to write a post for their Preservation Leadership Forum blog about preservation perceptions and underrepresented groups and what we can do to try to be more inclusive as we go forward in the future as a more multicultural United States. It was inspired by a presentation I did for their IDWG a few months ago about my Fairmount Heights preservation plan and a paper I wrote about preservation perceptions. As I said in my response, inclusion is not at the expense of others, but for the benefit of everyone.
Exciting! I will enjoy following you and learning more about historic preservation. I plan to use my blog for advocacy!
